About SLS
The Slovak Forestry Company (SLS) was established in 2006 by Emil Hubinak and Miroslav Uhlik.
We provide comprehensive services to current forest land owners and over the last two years, have advised on just under 200,000 Ha of forest.
We assume the care and responsibility for any forest related activity needed in connection with forest management throughout the Slovak Republic territory and in the regions of Central and Eastern Europe.
We also develop forest management plans and design work in the forestry area carried out by the Division of Taxation.
We employ in excess of 65 permanent forestry staff, the bulk of whom came to us from the State Forestry commission. These professionals have significant experience in all aspects of forestry and timber processing management. In addition there are 30-50 seasonal workers.
